1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns tabhi accept kiye jaayenge agar:

• Product damaged, defective ya wrong item delivered hua ho

• Order incomplete ho

Product unused, unwashed aur original packaging ke saath hona chahiye.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customer ko delivery ke 48 hours ke andar return ya replacement request raise karni hogi, clear images ke saath.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Following cases mein return ya refund applicable nahi hoga:

• Customer preference ke kaaran (design, color, size pasand na aana)

• Used, washed ya damaged products (delivery ke baad)

• Customised ya special-order products

4. Return Process

Return request raise karne ke liye customer ko humein email ya phone par contact karna hoga. Return approval ke baad hi product accept kiya jaayega.

5. Inspection & Approval

Return receive hone ke baad product ki proper inspection ki jaayegi. Approval ke baad hi refund ya replacement process hoga.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds original payment method mein hi process kiye jaayenge. Cash refunds applicable nahi honge.

7. Refund Timeline

Refund approval ke baad 7–10 business days ke andar refund process ho jaayega. Bank ya payment gateway ke processing time ke kaaran delay ho sakta hai.

8. Return Shipping Charges

Damaged, defective ya wrong product ke case mein return shipping charges Royal Furnishers bear karega.
Other cases mein return shipping charges customer ko bear karne honge.
